Bio: Hi! I’m Liana Woo, and I’m a junior from North Jersey. I am currently on the pre-med track with the hopes of going into pediatric oncology or interventional radiology. I am also heavily involved in research on campus, reflecting my dedication to both patient care and research, which supports my desire to directly contribute to patient care and advance the broader medical progress in cancer treatment. I have been working with Dr. Ware since I was a first-year student, and have recently joined Dr. Skibbens’ team this fall semester. I also had the amazing opportunity to go abroad this past summer and do research in Galway, Ireland, through the Iaccoca International Internship! If you have any questions about how I got into research or being pre-med on campus, feel free to reach out!
